Return and Refund Policy

If the user has any complaint about the service provided, he/she must send an email to the email address PROSYNTH ANALITYCS. PROSYNTH ANALITYCS will have a maximum period of 15 business days after receiving the email to respond to the client.
The company will study and investigate the case and if it is appropriate to make a refund to the customer, PROSYNTH ANALITYCS has a period of 30 business days to make it by the same means in which the purchase of the service was made.
