The General Terms and Conditions of the Contract described below govern the contractual relations between the clients of the company and PROSYNTH ANALITYCS. The user's browsing and use of the Website implies acceptance of these clauses and also those of the PRIVACY POLICY.

OBJECT

These Terms and Conditions constitute the General Terms and Conditions of sale for all services on the Website. The Website makes sales, under the conditions described in this document, only to adults.

If you are under the age of 18 and are not released and want to purchase a service, you need to ask your parent or guardian to place the order for you.

The contract between PROSYNTH ANALITYCS and the client shall consist of these GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT and the SPECIFIC CONDITIONS.

The Particular Conditions will be limited to confirming the requested service and, the final total price.

At the time of placing the order, it will be understood that the user gives their express consent to these GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT and to receive the invoice by electronic means, unless expressly stated otherwise.

At the time of payment, the user also gives his/her express consent to the SPECIAL CONDITIONS.

PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS

All our services are indicated in US dollars.

PRICING & CLEARANCE

Concerning the prices of the services, the client will be charged the prices set out in the relevant section, as offered on the website. Prices include value-added tax as provided by applicable laws of Uruguay.

In addition to the purchase price, the customer shall be responsible for all taxes incurred, including value-added, excise, use, privilege, ad valorem, customs, and any other taxes, levies, fees, or similar charges, taxes levied or increased under any municipal, state, federal, or municipal law, rule, ordinance, or regulation. international or any other nation concerning the services sold to the customer. If the seller, for any reason, is obliged to pay such taxes, the buyer shall, upon request, immediately reimburse such amounts to the seller. The customer will provide, at the seller's request, any tax exemption certificate.

In addition, to the extent required by applicable laws in each country, clients agree to submit duly completed tax forms to us, to enable us to make all required filings with the tax authorities.

PRICE CHANGE

We may change prices and/or introduce added charges in addition to the prices at our sole discretion with thirty (30) days prior written notice to the User.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may increase prices, immediately and with contemporaneous notice.

PAYMENT

The price of the services will be paid in advance by credit card or other payment method accepted on the website.

PAYMENT TERMS

To provide any service, it will be necessary to cover 100% of the amount including taxes.

PAYMENT METHODS

Payments can be made via accepted credit or debit cards.

We are not responsible for delays in our services in cases of unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure. Under no circumstances will PROSYNTH ANALITYCS pay penalties for the late delivery of our services.

RESPONSIBILITY

We always try to guarantee the full availability of our services and the information on the website, but sometimes certain information or sections may not be accessible, so we do not assume any responsibility for the availability of the content and services.

The contents or elements of the Website are subject to constant evolution, so we reserve the right to modify them, either totally or partially, at any time and without prior notice.

We are not responsible for:

• That the service is always available on the Internet uninterrupted, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
• Any delay, application error, or failure to provide benefits.

Each purchase implies acceptance of the Terms and Conditions in force at the time of formalizing the transaction. We recommend that you keep a copy of this document at the date of your order, as we do not archive this version and will not make it accessible once modifications have been made.

APPLICABLE LAW AND DISTRICT

These Terms and Conditions and the transactions conducted through the Website are governed by the current PROSYNTH ANALITYCS regulations that apply to it.

For the resolution of any disputes that may arise as a result of the provisions of these provisions, and expressly waiving any other district that may correspond, the client agrees to submit to the district of the Courts and Tribunals of PROSYNTH ANALITYCS.
