- b) Earning commissions on sales generated through your affiliate links.
- c) Technical support and advice from PROSYNTH ANALITYCS.
2.2 Obligations of the Affiliate
As an affiliate of PROSYNTH ANALITYCS in the field of outsourcing services, you have the following obligations:
- a) Promote PROSYNTH ANALITYCS' outsourcing services ethically and professionally.
- b) Use the promotional resources provided by PROSYNTH ANALITYCS by the established guidelines and restrictions.
- c) Comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to the promotion of outsourcing services.
2.3 Restrictions
- a) You may not promote PROSYNTH ANALITYCS' outsourcing services on websites or media that contain illegal, offensive, or harmful content.
- b) You may not use spamming techniques or any other form of unethical or unauthorized promotion.
2.4 Intellectual Property Rights
- a) You acknowledge and agree that all intellectual property rights in the promotional materials provided by PROSYNTH ANALITYCS belong to PROSYNTH ANALITYCS.
- b) You may not use PROSYNTH ANALITYCS' promotional materials in a manner that infringes the intellectual property rights of third parties.
Section 3: Commissions and Payments
3.1 Calculation of commissions
Commissions on sales generated through your affiliate links will be calculated by the terms and conditions set forth by PROSYNTH ANALITYCS.
3.2 Commission Payments
The commissions generated will be paid in the terms and modalities agreed between PROSYNTH ANALITYCS and you, after verification and validation of the sales made.
3.3 Outstanding commissions
PROSYNTH ANALITYCS reserves the right to withhold or cancel the payment of commissions in case of suspicion of fraud, unethical practices, or violation of the terms and conditions stated.
3.4 Payment Methods
PROSYNTH ANALITYCS will offer different payment methods for the delivery of commissions, and you will need to provide the necessary information to receive payments.
Section 4: Use of Trademark and Intellectual Property
4.1 Use of the trademark
As an affiliate of PROSYNTH ANALITYCS, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to use the PROSYNTH ANALITYCS brand and logo in your authorized promotional activities.
4.2 Restrictions on Use
You agree to use the PROSYNTH ANALITYCS brand and logo exclusively by the guidelines provided by PROSYNTH ANALITYCS, avoiding any use that may cause confusion or damage the reputation of PROSYNTH ANALITYCS.
4.3 Intellectual Property
- a) You acknowledge and agree that all intellectual property rights in the promotional materials provided by PROSYNTH ANALITYCS belong to PROSYNTH ANALITYCS.
- b) You may not use PROSYNTH ANALITYCS' promotional materials in a manner that infringes the intellectual property rights of third parties.
Section 5: Promotion Obligations
5.1 Ethical promotion
You agree to promote PROSYNTH ANALITYCS' outsourcing services ethically and professionally, avoiding any dishonest or deceptive practices.
5.2 Promotional Content
You are responsible for creating and publishing promotional content that meets the quality and ethical standards set forth by PROSYNTH ANALITYCS.
5.3 Legal obligations
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations relating to the promotion of outsourcing services, including data protection and privacy laws.
5.4 Compliance with Restrictions
You agree to comply with all restrictions and guidelines provided by PROSYNTH ANALITYCS about the promotion of its outsourcing services.
Section 6: Termination and Modifications

Both you and PROSYNTH ANALITYCS have the right to terminate your participation in the affiliate program upon written notice with reasonable notice.
6.2 Policy Modifications
PROSYNTH ANALITYCS reserves the right to make modifications to these policies and legal clauses at any time, upon notification through the established communication channels.
Section 7: Affiliate Liability
7.1 Affiliate Liability
You take full responsibility for your actions and promotions as an affiliate of PROSYNTH ANALITYCS, releasing PROSYNTH ANALITYCS from any legal liability or damages that may arise from your participation in the affiliate program.
7.2 Responsible Promotion
You undertake to promote the outsourcing services of PROSYNTH ANALITYCS responsibly, avoiding any practice that may damage the reputation of PROSYNTH ANALITYCS or cause harm to third parties.
Section 8: Confidentiality
8.1 Confidential Information
You agree to keep in strict confidence any confidential information to which you have access as an affiliate of PROSYNTH ANALITYCS, including client data and trading strategies.
8.2 Use of Data
You will use the data provided by PROSYNTH ANALITYCS solely for purposes related to the promotion of PROSYNTH ANALITYCS' outsourcing services and will not disclose or share it with third parties without the prior written consent of PROSYNTH ANALITYCS.
Section 9: Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These policies and legal provisions shall be governed by and construed by the laws of your district.

You understand and agree that PROSYNTH ANALITYCS will collect and use certain personal information from you, by its Privacy Policy. This information will be used to administer and improve the affiliate program and to provide you with support and communications related to the affiliate program.
11.2 End User Consent
You agree to obtain appropriate consent from end users for the collection and use of their personal data, in compliance with applicable data protection and privacy laws and regulations.
Section 12: Termination and Modifications of the Affiliate Program
12.1 Termination of Affiliate Agreement
Both you and PROSYNTH ANALITYCS have the right to terminate the affiliate agreement at any time, upon written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, the provisions set out in the agreed terms and conditions shall apply.
12.2 Modifications to the Affiliate Program
PROSYNTH ANALITYCS reserves the right to make modifications to the affiliate program, including changes in commissions, restrictions, and conditions, upon notification through the established communication channels.
Section 13: Intellectual Property
13.1 Ownership of Promotional Materials
All promotional materials provided by PROSYNTH ANALITYCS, including but not limited to images, texts, and videos, are the exclusive property of PROSYNTH ANALITYCS. You may not use these materials outside the scope of the affiliate program without the prior written consent of PROSYNTH ANALITYCS.
Section 14: Limitation of Liability
14.1 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PROSYNTH ANALITYCS shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising out of your participation in the affiliate program, including but not limited to loss of revenue, direct or indirect damages, or any other consequences related to the affiliate program.
Section 15: Entire Agreement
15.1 Entire Agreement
These policies and legal clauses constitute the entire agreement between you and PROSYNTH ANALITYCS about your participation in the Outsourcing Services Affiliate Program and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
